Errol has over 15 years experience as a learning and development professional providing external support to large organisations as well as heading up an internal learning and development function.

His primary focus has been on the development of leaders and staff as part of large organisation development initiatives, including executive coaching and the design facilitation, evaluation and project management of nationwide programs.

Errol has specialised in such subject areas as leadership development, team development, coaching skills, communications and relationship management.

He has also helped HR teams and senior managers by providing learning frameworks, doing skills gap analysis and developing learning strategies.

Some of his major clients include Vodafone, CommInsure, CSC Australia, Westpac Bank, AGC, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, QBE Insurance, Commonwealth Bank and Zurich Australia.

Errol has been a guest lecturer in Virtual Teams for the MBA program at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He has also been asked to teach Leadership Development, Virtual Teams and Communications for the Graduate School’s corporate programs.

After completing his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Business Administration from San Jose State University in the US, he completed his Master of Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and has completed two of three years on his Doctorate in Virtual Teams.

He is accredited in the DiSC Profile, Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Group Styles Inventory (GSI), and the Conflict Dynamics Profile (DCP) behavioural feedback instruments.

Errol is also a successful artist who brings his creative expertise to Circumference. He co-facilitates on the Writing With Soul and Catalyst programs, as well as provide Executive Coaching to our corporate clients.
